π The Wise Lotus is a beautiful new venue and it is indeed a perfect space for relaxation. You will be invited to leave your busy life behind for a moment, and allow yourself to receive the gift of peaceful mind and calm presence, available thanks to the transformative and nurturing sounds of the healing instruments.
π This gong bath begins with gentle breathing and simple embodiment (somatic) exercises to help you arrive fully in your body and settle the nervous system. These short, guided practices support grounding and safety, making it easier to relax and receive the sound that follows.
You will then rest comfortably while the sounds and vibrations of the gongs and other sound healing instruments wash over you, supporting the release of tension and helping the body shift out of stress and into deep rest.
